Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice
SecuroProtect respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.
1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner
- Description of the copyrighted work being infringed
- URL or description of where the infringing content appears
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

2. Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and consent to jurisdiction in the State of New York, United States
We reserve the right to restore content or forward counter-notices as required by law.
